A while back on the news, the “Don’t Ask. Don’t Tell.” thing was huge. It took up too much time on the national news, and there was no reason for it, if you ask me. In my opinion, because they are serving for our country, and keeping us free, then they have the right to be homosexual, straight, or bisexual openly. They took the time to serve our nation, and risk their lives for us, yet they are restricted to such small things, that they can’t even share their own orientation. Some of these people come home; scared, frightened, and sometimes are not even allowed to say what they did over seas. They should all have the right, and will power, to come out to people, and say what they want to say, or believe in. THEY ARE STILL NATIONAL HEROS TO EACH AND EVERYONE ONE OF US! Some little thing in life should just be heard, and said. I believe this is one of them. The government has NO right to say whether or not these men and women who put their lives, family, jobs, safety, and everything else they have, on the line cannot be homosexual, bisexual, lesbian, gay, straight, transgender, or anything else. This for one makes me EXTREAMLY mad. What do you, the people of the world, and our nation, believe is right? Please take the time to vote on the poll, and comment what you think is right or wrong.
